Late Fee: 
All registrations after April 12, 2024, will have a late fee of $25.00.

Walk-ins will have an additional fee of $30.00. This option will only be available if capacity allows it.

Cancellation:
If for any reason you need to cancel your registration, send an email to info@cmvpr.org notifying your reasons on or before April 14, 2023. Any cancellation received from April 15 to April 19, 2024, will be subject to a $20.00 penalty fee, which will not be reimbursed.  Any cancellation after April 20 will not be reimbursed.

"No Shows":
If you do not cancel your registration prior to the event, it will be considered a no-show, and all payments associated with it will not be reimbursable. 

Continuing Education:
Every veterinary technician is responsible for scanning their wristband at checkpoints (check-in and check-out) in order to receive the accumulated continuing education credits.

Parking Fee:
We will ask the hotel for a special rate, but every participant is responsible for their parking payment.

Photographs:
By attending CMVPR's events, you hereby provide your consent for the use of your photographs taken during the convention, as outlined in the Attendees Authorization for Photography Use Policy.

Right of admission is reserved at the discretion of Colegio de Médicos Veterinarios de Puerto Rico.
